Step into the limitless Process
First Phone Call
Our Patient Care Coordinator will ask a series of questions in efforts to complete a new patient chart. Then, our PCC will happily answer any of your questions to facilitate your journey to becoming limitless.
The Initial Visit
Once our Patient Care Coordinator receives the appropriate paperwork for your visit, you will then meet with a PT to discuss your medical history and reason for your visit.
Plan of Care
Your custom plan of care will be based on YOUR needs, you and your PT will work together to get you back to living your life without limits.
Follow-Up Visit
After your first visit, you and your PT will touch base and re-evaluate how you’re feeling. It is so important that we make sure that our services and treatment are right for you.
