Elisabeth lives in the beautiful countryside of Homer, NY with her husband Harry and son, Amos. She spent the first 9 years of her career in Rochester, NY. While there she focused her training on orthopedic and sports medicine Physical Therapy through a residency program with URMC, later going on to play a role in their respective knee, hip, and spine rehab programs. Following her own personal experience with pregnancy, labor & delivery, postpartum recovery – Elisabeth made the move to what is now her home, Limitless PTS. Where she was embraced by an incredible community and was fortunate to dive into further mentorship and training in treating pelvic floor diagnoses and conditions.
Elisabeth is excited to bring Limitless Physical Therapy to Cortland County. In addition to orthopedic and sports physical therapy, she will be offering pelvic floor therapy to women and men.
Liz’s goal is to serve as your guide through addressing symptoms and optimizing your physical capabilities and overall wellness.
