Dr. Tommy is a physical therapist and Head Coach of Limitless University, where he leads the clinical development of our team and helps shape the way care is delivered across every Limitless location. By developing curriculum, mentoring clinicians, and creating consistent standards of excellence, Tommy plays a key role in ensuring every patient receives evidence-based care focused on long-term success.
A native of East Rochester, Tommy earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2017. He believes physical therapy is about more than reducing pain—it’s about helping people build confidence, move better, and create lasting change through education, movement, and partnership.
Whether he’s working with patients or coaching clinicians, Tommy is committed to helping people reach their potential and advancing Limitless’ mission to grow a thriving community that inspires the best health outcomes.
