Born and raised in the Greece area, Gabby grew up playing soccer, which helped pave the way for her passion for overall health and wellness. After many years of experience in office administration, she sought a way to bring her professional strengths and passion for wellness together. With a love for organization, efficiency, and order—along with staying fit, active, and healthy—she recently became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
In her spare time, she enjoys creating workout plans for her clients, staying active with her husband and two rescue pups, Petey and Chewie, and sharing her knowledge of overall wellness with her family to help promote longevity for the people she loves most. Some of her favorite things include cooking, spending quality time with family, taking long walks outside, and weight training—especially when she gets to challenge her husband!
Her faith has carried her through life’s trials and triumphs, and she believes the path that led her to Limitless was nothing short of a “God wink.” She couldn’t be happier to be part of such an incredible team and community.
