Dr. Mitch earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from SUNY Brockport before completing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2022. A native of Wellsville, NY, he is passionate about helping patients overcome orthopedic injuries, build resilience, and return to the activities they love.
Mitch is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care that challenges patients, builds confidence, and empowers them through movement and education. In addition to caring for patients, he plays an active role in supporting Limitless University and our student programs, helping mentor the next generation of physical therapists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.
Outside the clinic, Mitch enjoys staying active, weight training, running and rock climbing with his fiancé, Lydia.
