DR. MITCH RECIO

Mitch is native to Wellsville, a small town in the Southern Tier of New York where he grew up with his parents, sister and twin brother.

Mitch graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2019 where he earned his B.S. in Biology. He then received this Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University in 2022.

Mitch has a passion for showing patients what they are truly capable of through fitness and education. Mitch enjoys delivering evidence based care that is challenging and rewarding for his patients. Mitch hopes to educate his patients on the benefits of motion and exercise through a program that is patient centered and goal specific to reinforce the notion that we are all strong and resilient.
