Dr. Connor Garrod

Connor grew up along the shores of Lake Ontario in Williamson, NY, competing year-round in soccer, basketball, and golf alongside his two older brothers. Sports weren’t just a hobby – they were a way of life, and the injuries that came with them gave him a perspective no classroom could teach.

Connor earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nazareth University in 2026. His passion is treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and athletes, with special interests in golf and soccer. Having experienced several sports-related injuries himself, Connor understands the challenges of recovery, and his approach is dedicated to finding the root cause, restoring confidence, and getting people back to doing what they love.

When Connor is not at work, you can find him working out, playing golf, or enjoying time outside with friends and family.
