Originally from New Hampshire, Lindsey brings a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and community engagement to her role as Digital Community Lead at Limitless. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Rochester, where she was also a member of the Varsity Women’s Rowing team.
Before joining Limitless, Lindsey worked at Project LeanNation, where she supported members in building healthy, sustainable lifestyles. She’s excited to be part of a team of like-minded individuals and to create meaningful, engaging experiences that connect the Limitless community beyond the clinic and support members throughout their health journey.
Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, Latin dancing, and reading.
