I grew up in Texas and have been a cortland resident for the past 37 years. I raised my 3 children here. I live with my husband and our 3 dogs. I have 3 labs, 2 Chocolate and 1 black. Their names are Snickers Popcorn, Buddy the Elf and Delilah Rose. I am a level 2 crossfit coach and a nutrition coach. I enjoy running and have run 12 marathons. I also enjoy crossfit, hiking and snuggling my dogs. I love to help others better themselves. I worked in the school district for 24 years and love helping kids. I mostly coach kids & teens.
