Amelia Stash

A native of the Finger Lakes region, Amelia received her bachelor’s in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo before going on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Daemen University. Amelia works closely with individuals in the pelvic health and orthopedic populations and is deeply committed to building relationships built on empathy and trust in order to help her patients live their lives without limits.  

Movement and athletics have always been grounding forces in Amelia’s life. Outside of Limitless, you can find her cycling, swimming, running, hiking, and rowing with Flower City Rowing, where she met her partner Jody.
