Native of the little town of McGraw, Rachel has been a member of the Cortland County community her whole life. While Rachel graduated in Rochester from Nazareth University with her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2022 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024, she was adamant in coming back to her community for her career. Rachel is grateful to be a Physical Therapist and pelvic health provider in the community who helped to raise her. Being a health care provider who focuses on patient goals and passions, exercise, nutrition, and a “whole body” approach is important to Rachel, as she wants to give her patients lifelong tools to improve health and function. 

Rachel lives in McGraw on a hobby farm with her boyfriend, Drew, and chocolate lab, Deke. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, lifting weights, spending time in her flower and vegetable garden, making bread, canning foods, and hunting with Drew.
