Geremy is a Certified Hand Therapist and board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist with a passion for helping patients return to the activities they love with greater strength, mobility, and confidence. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 2008 and went on to complete an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program at Cayuga Medical Center. She is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie Method).
Geremy specializes in treating orthopedic injuries and conditions, with particular expertise in the upper extremity including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. She also enjoys treating spinal conditions and helping patients better understand their movement, recovery, and long-term health. Her approach combines hands-on care, individualized treatment planning, and education to help patients move forward with confidence.
Outside the clinic, Geremy enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family. She can also often be found cheering on her kids at their gymnastics meets.
