Your Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of the patient experience.

You are the first impression—and often the lasting one.

You’ll blend warmth with efficiency, connection with precision, and play a key role in making sure every patient feels confident, cared for, and supported from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the welcoming voice and face of Limitless—on the phone, online, and in person
  • Keep schedules running smoothly and efficiently across the clinic
  • Verify insurance, manage authorizations, and ensure accuracy in patient charts
  • Support billing processes and internal systems
  • Create a seamless, positive experience for every patient interaction
  • Assist with patient communication, engagement, and internal coordination
  • Show up as an active, collaborative member of the team
What You Bring 
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative work
  • Associate’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience)
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • The ability to stay organized, focused, and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of attention to detail
Bonus Points if You Have
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with insurance, billing, or authorizations
