Step into the limitless Process

Initial Contact & Visit

Our Patient Care Coordinator will complete your chart and answer any questions. Then, you'll meet with a PCC to discuss your medical history and goals.

Personalized Plan & Treatment

Together with your PT, you’ll create a customized plan of care. We’ll provide the treatment needed to help you achieve your goals and return to the activities you love.

Follow-Up & Graduation

After your first visit, we’ll reassess your progress to ensure the treatment is effective. Once you've reached your goals, you'll graduate and live life without limits!
