Your care will be led by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) — licensed experts in movement, pain, and performance. Every plan is unique. At your first visit, your therapist will complete a thorough evaluation and create a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. We find the best results when our patients visit two times per week for 6 weeks.
Yes! We know that finding childcare can be tough. Your baby is always welcome — we’ll make sure your session is comfortable and flexible for you both.
Yes. Our pelvic health team has private treatment rooms for evaluations and sessions, so you can feel completely comfortable discussing and working on personal concerns.
Your comfort and privacy are a top priority. Our therapists use professional “code words” and general terms to discuss sensitive topics discreetly. You can always request to move to a private space for further conversation.
Every session is individualized to your needs. It might include education about your pelvic floor, breathing or mobility work, hands-on therapy, and exercises to help you feel strong and confident. In New York State, you can see a licensed Physical Therapist for 10 visits or 30 days (whichever comes first) without a prescription.
If you need to continue beyond that, we’ll communicate with your provider and handle the paperwork for you. Most insurances allow this “direct access,” but some still require a script — call us at [insert phone number], and we’ll confirm your specific coverage.
