Your Role

You’ll work with a motivated, diverse population of clients — many of whom are eager to engage, get stronger, and stay well. You’ll have the time, autonomy, and team support to think critically, treat holistically, and coach patients toward long-term confident movement.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Provide 1-on-1, personalized orthopedic care rooted in evidence and empathy
• Create treatment plans that integrate manual therapy, movement science, and long-term wellness
• Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their recovery and resilience
• Collaborate with a high-performing team of PTs, assistants, and performance-minded coaches
• Document with clarity and purpose to track progress, outcomes, and patient success
• Live out our mission and values daily through how you serve and show up

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are a licensed Physical Therapist in New York State
• Have experience (or strong interest) in outpatient orthopedics and performance-based care
