Your Role

As our Digital Community Manager, you’ll steward and grow the Limitless Life App community — creating an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and connected.

You’ll help translate education into action and isolation into belonging, while building systems that allow the community to scale with integrity.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Cultivating a welcoming, values-aligned digital community culture

  • Posting thoughtful prompts, challenges, updates, and announcements

  • Encouraging meaningful interaction over passive consumption

  • Welcoming and onboarding new members so they feel seen and supported

  • Supporting digital challenges, seasonal initiatives, and live events

  • Collaborating with clinical and leadership teams to bring content to life

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for member questions and needs

  • Tracking engagement trends and identifying opportunities to improve the experience

  • Building scalable systems that support sustainable community growth

Experience & Qualifications 

We’re less concerned with titles and more interested in alignment, ownership, and learning posture. That said, the following experience is preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree + minimum of 5 years experience managing or supporting a digital community, online program, or membership-based platform 
  • Background in health, wellness, fitness, healthcare, coaching, education, or leadership development
  • Comfort using community platforms, apps, or social tools (e.g., Circle, Slack, Mighty Networks, Kajabi, etc.)
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to set tone and culture digitally
  • Experience coordinating content, events, or challenges across a community
  • Ability to interpret engagement metrics and translate insights into action
  • Experience in Canva graphic design and presentations
Preferred but not required
  • Experience in healthcare, physical therapy, or patient-centered environments
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid communities
  • Familiarity with values-based leadership or personal development frameworks
