Dr. Autumn Terwilliger

A Rochester native, Autumn graduated from Ithaca College in 2019 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor’s in Clinical Health Studies with a Minor in Nutrition Promotion. Autumn works to debunk myths, raise awareness, and de-stigmatize various pelvic health diagnoses. If there is anything that Autumn really wants her patients to take away from their visits, it’s that “change is possible, you have options, and you can beat this”. She goes beyond physical rehabilitation to encourage lifelong wellness and healthy habits. On top of clinical practice, she finds a lot of joy and fulfillment in teaching current physical therapy students about the growing world of pelvic health. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her dog and her husband, running, following the New York Rangers and Buffalo Bills, and attempting to cook with her Instant Pot!
